Oral Rinse Uses Helps to cleanse and refresh your gums. Directions Oral Rinse: Use after meals and before bedtime or as directed by a dentist or physician. Dissolve approx. 1 teaspoon in 1/2 glass of warm water. Rinse thoroughly, swishing solution around the mouth and between the teeth and expel. DO NOT SWALLOW.
